What a blessing it was to have over 1700 women from 127 different churches at this year’s OneLove Women’s Conference, both in-person and online, joining together to praise, worship and shine their light for Jesus. Throughout the day, women were given opportunities to reflect on this year’s theme, Satisfied, and what it means to truly trust the One who abundantly provides.
OneLove Chairwoman and MC, Amy Townsend, opened the 2026 conference with encouragement from Psalm 63:1 to help women orient their hearts and be reminded of the one common denominator of why they were all there at the conference.
“You God, are my God, earnestly I seek you;”
In a world where we are told that satisfaction is just one more step away—one more achievement, one more purchase, one more moment of approval or control—it seems the more we have, the more we want. This year’s conference helped women to remember what the Bible says about true satisfaction. It isn’t about our circumstances; it’s about our hearts. It isn’t found in what we want, but in who we have: Jesus Christ.
To help women to match their theology with their life experience, the program brought three speaker talks from international guest Melissa Kruger and local guest Justine Toh, two personal testimonies, a Q&A session and time for personal reflection.
Kicking off the conference was the OneLove band, opening with the two songs “Yes He Lives” and “Desert Song”, as a reminder of Jesus’ love and providence in every season in our lives. You can listen to the rest of the songs throughout the day on our OneLove26 Spotify playlist.

The first talk of the day was given by Melissa Kruger, who brought a very honest and practical session to the women as she shared from Psalm 63:1-8. Her talk titled “The Search for Satisfaction” took women through an understanding of the pursuit towards true Christian satisfaction. Throughout her first talk, Melissa discussed the pursuit of satisfaction and why it’s a good thing, the problem of satisfaction and why it’s so hard to come by in this world, and lastly, a look at the Provider of satisfaction. She reminded women that Christian satisfaction is defined as an inward trust in God’s goodness and His guidance that’s going to produce joy and peace in the life of a believer regardless of outside circumstances.
In talk 2, looking at John 15, Melissa took the women through what it means to abide, and how abiding plays a part in helping us to be truly satisfied in Christ. Often our disobedience and our unbelief is what leads to dissatisfaction, and so by abiding and trusting in the work of Jesus and the Spirit and keeping this at the forefront of our thoughts and in our hearts, we can work towards being truly satisfied in Him.

Complementing Melissa’s two sermons was a short talk from Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Public Christianity, Justine Toh. Drawing on Numbers 6:24-26 and 1 Corinthians 13:8-12, in her talk titled “Mirrors, mirrors around us all: Why we struggle to feel satisfied”, Justine presents two objects and circumstances in our culture today that strongly influences our search for satisfaction. By contrasting a worldly culture against what God wants for us, women came away reflecting on their own lives and looking forward towards a hopeful present and future eternity with Jesus, our true source of satisfaction. As Justine shared: “We were made to know and love and enjoy God forever.”

Women also had a glimpse into what satisfaction looks like practically in the lives of everyday women. A personal testimony from mother and daughter, Sook & Shirley, took women through a look at God’s providence and mercy despite hardships upon hardships. A second personal testimony from Eleanor, a Visual Arts High School teacher, shared how she is navigating trusting and abiding in God through her role caring for her husband, who suffers a chronic illness. She shared an encouragement that Jesus is there to help those who are ill in their suffering, and a reminder in Job that shows us that the Lord gives, and takes away, but praise be to the Lord. He is always with us and we are never alone.
“I found it encouraging hearing stories of other women and hearing the humility and authenticity in which they shared their lives, struggles and temptations. Reminds me that we’re not alone in our Christian walk.” – Eleisha
The final session of the conference was spent with Amy and Melissa sitting down for the delegate favourite segment, Q&A. Women asked various questions around the topic of satisfaction, asking questions about how it’s measured, how do we not compare, how do we know whether we are truly satisfied in Jesus or the world when life goes well. Melissa answered each question honestly through her experiences and wisdom from her own life and from serving in women’s ministry. As a final word to the women at OneLove, Melissa tearfully spoke and shared:
“Jesus is the best thing that will ever happen in your life. I’ve walked with Him since I was 14 and I’m still so thankful that He rescued me. He’s worth following with everything in you. And to run after him. This world is fleeting, it’s passing, it’s a journey and He is here with us and He is worth all of our lives. He is worth following and He is good and every inclination of Him toward you is that of love, and drawing you and inviting you to a soul-satisfying feast.”

OneLove 2026 gave women a day to be edified and have an immersive experience, being all one in Christ Jesus sitting under His word, and to be encouraged by His people. Finishing with the song “Christ is Enough”, Amy wrapped up the conference with final words of encouragement from our Lord Jesus from John 15:9-11, as a reminder that His love is enough and will satisfy: “As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love. If you keep my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commands and remain in his love. I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete.”
